The Growth Assessment

We tell you what is costing you customers.

Your business, put through more than 220 checks across 21 areas: message, proof, search, AI discovery, speed, mobile, and security. Not a checklist, not a score out of ten. What is costing you customers, what to fix first, and what can wait.

01 · The report

What a finding actually looks like.

Most audits hand back a score and a list of categories. An owner can do nothing with that. Here are three findings from real Singapore business websites we assessed, anonymized. Each names the problem, then what it costs.

Finding01

The site takes 24 seconds to appear on a phone

A trades company's homepage. Someone whose aircon just failed, standing in a hot flat, does not wait. They go back to the results and call the next company.

Cost: every mobile customer with an urgent job

Finding02

The placeholder text was never replaced

A clinic's homepage still carries "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet" as a main heading. A patient reads it as unfinished. A search engine reads nonsense as the page's subject.

Cost: trust, and the search ranking with it

Finding03

Its speciality appears nowhere a customer can find it

A dental clinic places computer-guided implants. The words appear in no title, heading, or description, only buried in body text. The patients searching for exactly this never arrive.

Cost: the highest-value patients it could serve

None of these businesses knew.

That is the point of the report

02 · The examination

Three questions, asked the way a customer asks them.

Clarity

  • Does your message land in five seconds?
  • Do you look like the same business everywhere?
  • Would a stranger trust you enough to enquire?

Visibility

  • Do people find you when they search?
  • Do AI assistants know you exist?

Conversion

  • Does the path to contacting you actually work?
  • Where are the fastest gains sitting unused?

03 · What you receive

A report you can act on, or file away.

04 · Measured in, measured out

The same 220+ checks run again before launch.

Whatever the findings call for, the work ends the way it began: the full assessment runs once more on the finished build, and you see before and after side by side.

The improvement is a number, not our opinion of our own work.

05 · Questions owners ask

Before you send anything.

How do we get started?

Send us your website, or your Instagram or Facebook page if that is where your business lives. We review it and come back with the report. There is no obligation to proceed.

How long does a project take?

A typical build takes about three to seven working days once your content and business information are ready. Broader work is scoped in the report before anything starts.

Who owns the result?

You do. The site, the accounts, and the keys stay with you. If we part ways, everything remains yours.

What if my site turns out to be fine?

Then the report says so, and recommends changing nothing yet. An honest no now is worth more than a project you did not need.
