How we collect, use, and protect the personal data you submit through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Last updated 6 September 2026.
01 · What this policy covers
This policy explains how DrBee.cloud ("DrBee," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
02 · What we collect
When you submit the Growth Assessment or Contact forms on this site, we collect what you provide directly: your name, email address, business details, and any links or messages you include.
If you use the assistant on this site, we keep what you type and the replies you receive, together with the time and a technical identifier for the conversation, for 90 days. If you choose to leave contact details through the assistant so that we can follow up, we keep those for 12 months.
This site also uses an analytics service to understand how pages are used, in aggregate. It sets analytics cookies in your browser. We do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not collect personal data through any other means on this site.
03 · Why we collect it
We use the information you submit only to respond to the specific request you made: to prepare and deliver your Growth Assessment, or to reply to your message. By submitting a form, you consent to this use. We do not use your information for marketing or add you to any mailing list unless you separately and explicitly agree to that.
04 · Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
Form submissions reach us by email through our mailbox provider. The assistant relies on service providers under contract to generate its replies and to search our own business information; the text you type to it is processed by those providers, some of which operate outside Singapore, and is used only to answer you. Our analytics service processes usage data on our behalf.
Assistant conversations are stored in Singapore. Form submissions are delivered to our email and kept there as business records.
05 · How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Assistant conversations are deleted after 90 days and any contact details left through the assistant after 12 months, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
06 · Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it, at any time. Withdrawing consent may mean we are no longer able to complete the request you originally submitted. To do any of this, email team@drbee.cloud.
