This policy explains how DrBee.cloud ("DrBee," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
What we collect
When you submit the Blind-Spot Assessment, Strategic Consultation, or Contact forms on this site, we collect what you provide directly: your name, email address, business details, and any links or messages you include. We do not collect personal data through any other means on this site.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit only to respond to the specific request you made: to prepare and deliver your blind-spot assessment, to review your consultation application, or to reply to your message. By submitting a form, you consent to this use. We do not use your information for marketing or add you to any mailing list unless you separately and explicitly agree to that.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Form submissions on this site may be delivered to us via a third-party form-processing or email-delivery service; we will name that service here once one is in active use. No personal data is transferred outside Singapore as part of that processing unless this policy is updated to say otherwise.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
