Terms of Service

01 · Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern every service sold through drbee.cloud: the Growth Assessment, Web Design builds, the Care Plan retainer, SEO/GEO work, and VERA and BookingAbang subscriptions. Where a signed quotation or statement of work sets different terms for a specific engagement, that document takes precedence over these Terms for the points where they conflict.

02 · Quotations & payment

A final quotation is issued after the Growth Assessment and before any work begins. Quoted fees for a Web Design build fall within the range published on this site at the time of quotation. Domain registration is billed as a separate line item and is not included in the build fee. Payment is due as set out in your quotation; where no other schedule is agreed, the balance is due on delivery.

03 · Deposits & cancellation

A deposit of 50% of the quoted fee is required to commence a Web Design build; paying it is what commences the work, securing your slot and the time committed to your project. The deposit is non-refundable. DrBee may, at its sole discretion, refund part of it in exceptional circumstances, but is under no obligation to do so. If you cancel after work has commenced but before delivery, you remain liable for the reasonable value of work completed to that point, less the deposit already paid.

04 · Intellectual property

Ownership of the website, its content, and its code transfers to you on full and final payment. Until then, DrBee retains ownership of all work product as security for payment. Once transferred, your domain, content, website files, and core digital assets are yours. We do not build on closed systems that lock you to an agency. VERA and BookingAbang remain DrBee's proprietary software in every case; a subscription grants you a licence to use them for the term of your subscription, not ownership of the underlying platform.

05 · Revisions & change requests

Each package includes the round of revisions set out in your quotation. Requests beyond that scope, or requests that change the agreed brief after work has begun, are treated as a change request and quoted separately before we proceed.

06 · Care Plan retainer

The Care Plan is SGD 200 per month, with a minimum term of 3 months from the start date. It may be cancelled with notice after the minimum term has been served. Without a Care Plan, you receive a documented handover instead of ongoing maintenance.

07 · No ranking or placement guarantees

No one can honestly guarantee a search ranking or a placement in AI-generated answers, and DrBee does not. For SEO/GEO work, expect three to six months before meaningful movement; anyone promising faster is guessing. We do not engage in link-building as part of this work.

08 · Your responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing content, feedback, and approvals promptly, accurate information about your business, and access to any third-party accounts we need, such as your domain registrar or existing hosting. Delays on your side may delay delivery correspondingly.

09 · Acceptable use

You may not use a DrBee-built website or the VERA or BookingAbang platforms for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer VERA, or resell or sub-license access to VERA or BookingAbang without our written agreement.

10 · Warranties & disclaimers

Beyond what is explicitly promised in your quotation or on this site, services are provided as delivered, without further warranty. We do not commit to a specific uptime for hosting or subscription services unless that is separately agreed in writing.

11 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrBee's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that specific engagement. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12 · Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Work completed to the date of termination is billable. Care Plan termination is governed by Section 06 above.

13 · Confidentiality

We treat information you share about your business as confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement. In turn, our pricing, methodology, and any materials we share with you that are marked confidential are not to be disclosed to third parties.

14 · Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
