You do. Completely. Every line of code, every asset, the domain registration, and the hosting account are provisioned directly in your name, not held under an agency umbrella. If you do not take up our Care Plan, every site ships with a free, documented exit handover: domain, content, and code, transferred to you with no fees. We don't build on closed, proprietary systems that lock you in. The foundation is standard, modern, and yours to take anywhere.

Once your strategy and messaging are finalized, a typical site goes live within 3 to 4 business days. The actual duration depends on your readiness with your business information. We don't run multi-month build cycles. The architecture is built for speed, not the other way around.

Nobody can guarantee a specific ranking on a third-party algorithm, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something else. What we guarantee is the structural integrity of the site itself: a clean, technically sound foundation that removes the indexing blind spots keeping good businesses invisible to search. We build the architecture. Your reputation and market position do the rest.

Each project is priced after the blind-spot assessment, based on the number of pages, features, and how ready your business information is. We do not publish a flat price list, because the right scope is different for every business. Once we understand what you need, you get one clear number before any work begins.

The build is a one-time fee. An optional Care Plan is available on a quarterly basis: small updates, a monthly analytics report, daily site monitoring, and hosting, all included. If you do not take up the Care Plan, the site is handed over at the end of the build with full account details and you take your own hosting subscription from there.

No. Domain name registration is not covered by the development cost. It is billed as a separate line item, since the fee is paid directly to an external domain registrar, not to us.

Most page builders and content-management systems run on plugin databases that need constant patching and stay exposed to security exploits. For most SME websites, we build on a static, optimized architecture instead, unless the project requires e-commerce functionality. There's no database to hack and no plugin layer to go stale, so the site stays stable and secure without ongoing patch management. For more complex projects, we apply the same stringent security standards used in large-scale Singapore Government systems, drawing on more than 20 years of experience managing government-scale projects.
